Yucatan Pork Tacos
One of the most popular entrees at our Border Grill restaurants, this
delicious Yucatan-style pork, also known as Cochinita Pibil, translated
nicely into a signature taco on our Border Grill Truck. Featuring
slow-roasted pork marinated in achiote, citrus, and cinnamon, paired
with orange salsa, pickled onions, and handmade corn tortillas, it’s a
knockout flavor combination that can’t be beat.
Avocado Tacos
This version of our signature Border Grill Truck avocado taco is perfect
for the home cook. Featuring creamy avocado with a crispy, seeded crust,
these tacos make a delicious and satisfying vegetarian meal, especially

Poblano Quesadilla
These amazingly flavorful quesadillas have always been a favorite at our
