bohemia with a touch of lime, tabasco, worcestershire, and black pepper

Grilled Fish Taco
with avocado, grapefruit, and toasted ancho salsa

Nopales Salad
grilled cactus with tomato, cucumber,
avocado, serrano chile, and cotija cheese

Grilled Skirt Steak
marinated in jalapeño, cilantro, cumin, and lime
with black beans and handmade flour tortilla

Corn on the Cob
with cayenne and lime
